Can I cancel a charge appointment?

To cancel a charge appointment please contact
help@evchargingaus.com.au  4 hours before your charge. Cancelations  1-2 hour before charge  or not having the vehicle at the set location and time of  the appointment will result in a lost charge credit or $10 cancelation fee. Extensive  cancelations may result in the cancelation of your service.
